Sole Sply Terms and Conditions

To our valued customer:

At Sole Sply, we exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing shoes and leather goods entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. However, due to certain circumstances, some garments presented to us for cleaning may present an added risk to the garment and therefore requires our customer be made aware of those risks.

Sole Sply cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in bleeding, color loss, or development of other discolorations in material that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In cleaning we cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage, or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains in fabric. We cannot be responsible, nor can we guarantee the results of processing garments that have been pre-treated for stains by our customer Due to suede’s textured nature, open pores, and various grades, it can be somewhat unpredictable. Sole Sply is not responsible for any damage to suede. We do not recommend cleaning dyed suede, as dyed suede is likely to bleed from any contact with water. Individual results may vary, use at your own risk. Sole Sply does not accept unauthentic shoes, please make sure your shoes are 100% authentic. Shoes MUST be picked up within 45 days from completion or will be forfeited to store.

All reglue work comes with a six-month warranty on our work. We cannot guarantee work of other repair institutions and it is important to note some bonds counteract with each other and might be compromised as a result. Please alert our staff if prior glue work has been performed.

I have read the above statement and understand the risks involved in the processing of the items in question. I agree to hold Sole Sply harmless if any damage should occur to the garment/s in question and provide my consent to Sole Sply to proceed with the cleaning process of the items in question.

All Work Orders Are Non-Refundable
